This is the Dutch version of the American "Battle Gear Accessory Pack #5", which was primarily available in the Netherlands in 1988 and 1989. It was distributed in the Netherlands by Milton Bradley International B.V.
It was also available in Belgium, (although most likely only in Flanders, the Dutch speaking part of Belgium), distributed by Hasbro-MB N.V/S.A, a subsidiary of Milton Bradley International B.V.
Belgium also had their own dual language French/Dutch language version of this toy, which was available exclusively in Belgium, also distributed by Hasbro-MB N.V/S.A.
